Acknowledgement as sponsor: In addition to the branding and marketing opportunities below, all sponsors’ logos and descriptions will appear in the Conference handbook; your logo on the sponsorship board on the home page of the Conference website, together with a link to your website; on all the presentation screens in venues at the Conference and in all Conference correspondence.

Sponsorship Conditions
Payment for sponsorship opportunities is due on presentation of invoice. All artwork, banners, branding and logos must be provided, with full artwork and creative aspects completed. Where there are exceptions the organisers will advise the sponsor.
The ASAPA Conference does not relinquish any rights of ownership to sponsors of the conference by arranging sponsorship opportunities, and retains the right to approve of all media and press releases pertaining to the conference.
The organisers also welcome funding towards the general running of the conference without designating it to a specific aspect/item. Such funding organisations would be welcome to liaise with the organisers regarding any specific promotional benefits they would like at the conference.
