  • Delegates must provide their own transport if not staying within walking distance of the conference venue but the hotel shuttle can be booked.
  • Bed and breakfast accommodation was reserved for conference delegates for the nights of 5 – 9 July 2026 inclusive (minimum of 2 nights' stay) at the Southern Sun Hotel Mbombela and StayEasy Mbombela.
  • As this is tourism high season in Mpumalanga, hotel rooms not taken up by 30 April 2026 have been released and online reservation is no longer available.
